The plastic sheet production line produced by our company adopts different screw designs and mechanical configurations, which can be applied to the production of various plastic sheets (such as PP, PE, PS, ABS, PMMA, etc.).

Extruder: Special design of screw, precise temperature control system, ensuring good plasticization of rubber material and stable extrusion with high output.

Mesh changing and mold: The hydraulic quick change device ensures a fast and effective mesh changing process. The hanger type mold head adopts a multi-channel design, allowing the rubber material to be evenly distributed throughout the entire width of the mold. The gap between the mold lips can be adjusted freely, and the thickness of the sheet can be precisely adjusted.

Three roll calender: Based on the characteristics of the rubber material, flat three roll, oblique three roll, or vertical three roll, three roll temperature control are used independently, and the gap can be adjusted freely to ensure the calendering effect.

Cooling guide roller bracket: equipped with corresponding cooling guide rollers, combined with multiple strong vertical fans, to achieve better cooling effect. It is also equipped with a trimming device to ensure the quality of the edge of the sheet.

Cutting machine: high-quality alloy blade, imported bearings, ensuring the quality of sheet cutting surface and long-term stable cutting action.

Winder: Equipped with a torque motor and four axis automatic tension control, the speed and winding tension can be adjusted freely to achieve the goal of flat sheet winding. With the help of a slitting device, the desired product width can be freely set.
